Custom laser-engraved patch hat — your words or design, burned into a leather patch and pressed onto a quality hat.

Pick your hat color, send us your text or design, and we engrave it onto a leather patch and press it on. Anything you want, as long as it fits on the patch — names, sayings, logos, simple artwork.

Patch options: classic leather patches in rectangle and oval shapes. Want a different shape? We can do custom shapes in wood veneer — those take a little longer, since the veneer has to be ordered.

Every hat is made to order in our Texas workshop — engraved, not printed. Kept clean and family-friendly.
