How to request a custom order
Email echoandetch@gmail.com with:
- The product or type of item you would like.
- Your photo, artwork, or handwritten recipe, if applicable.
- The exact names, initials, dates, or wording you want engraved.
- Your preferred size and any design requests.
- Your delivery ZIP code and the date you need it.
For photographs, send the original, highest-quality image available. Clear, well-lit photos generally produce the best engraving results.
Before you purchase
Contact us first for a custom design or a request that differs from an existing product listing. We’ll review your request and confirm what is possible, pricing, and estimated timing before you place your order.
If you have already purchased a personalized item, include your order number when emailing your customization details.
Please check your details
Double-check spelling, dates, and wording before sending them. Let us know whether you would like to review a design proof before engraving so we can confirm the arrangements.
Production and shipping
Custom-order timing depends on the design, material, and current workload. If your order is for a special occasion, contact us before purchasing to discuss your deadline. Orders are packaged and shipped to you.
